J-Mar Boarding
Our goal is a "Vacation for Your Dog!" Most of our clients tell us that the dogs get excited as soon as they realize they are approaching our home. We stress a home-like environment with attention to individual needs.
We are located on 5 fenced acres. We have both an indoor, air-conditioned facility and outside runs. The dogs are housed in extra-large crates when indoors. Outdoors, we have shaded kennel runs with Igloo dog houses. The dogs are kept inside during hot and inclement weather. When it is necessary to keep the dogs inside, they are taken outside at least five times a day for exercise. We have four separate fenced areas in which they get plenty of play time.
All dogs must be crate trained, up-to-date on all of their inoculations, including Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine. They must be free of internal and external parasites. They should be on some form of monthly flea control. We request that you supply the dog's own food so as not to upset their digestive system.
We do limited boarding and recommend that you reserve a spot well in advance during the holidays and school breaks.
